Provide clients, primarily military veterans, with goal-focused psychotherapy to address mental health and psychosocial problems that are barriers to better health and family/community engagement. Provide veteran clients with social work assessments and social work interventions in the client’s social milieu in order to improve social and community functioning. Deliver quality reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders. Minimum Master’s Degree in a counselling-related field such as Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work. Experience in case conceptualization and treatment of a range of mental health symptoms with a variety of adult clients. Knowledge of psychological management of chronic pain and concussive syndrome an asset. Training and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, and Trauma Processing modalities (e.g., Excellent interpersonal skills, solid judgement, and integrity.
