Thai Lemongrass Restaurant is seeking an experienced chef to lead our Thai cuisine kitchen. The role involves preparing authentic Thai dishes, developing new recipes, and training kitchen staff at our in office restaurant in Victoria.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience, formal culinary education or equivalent practical background, and a strong ability to manage food costs, inventory, and quality control. Relocation costs may be covered by the employer.
