Key Responsibilities:

- Design and support new hire learning programs
- Track and report learning activities and compliance
- Support performance management and succession planning




- Conduct assessments for culture and team effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and analyze program impacts

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
- Minimum three years in organizational development or HR
- Proficiency in learning management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
