The Financial System Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting and operations. This is a technical role focused on implementing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in both finance and technology. This role plays a key part in modernizing financial processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.



Provide end-user support and training for financial applications. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly. Process Improvement Data Integrity & Reporting Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems. Project Management Operate in a project-driven finance environment, supporting multiple concurrent initiatives. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects. Document requirements, test solutions, and manage change requests. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:
2–5 years in financial systems analysis or similar role. Technical

Skills:
SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), JDE an asset. Robust Excel and data analysis skills. Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, and reporting tools (e.g., Hubble, Power BI, Tableau).
