As part of a dedicated team reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our residential communities nationwide. Your day-to-day duties include managing work orders, performing hands-on maintenance tasks, and liaising with contractors to ensure work is properly completed. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute all maintenance work orders efficiently
- Review contractor quotes and manage interactions
- Conduct tasks such as mowing, painting, and snow removal
- Maintain cleanliness of roads and common areas

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience needed
