Manage full cycle customer repair/service/warranty order and reporting Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently Field customer inquiries to the Service Department Work with Service Technicians to ensure clear and accurate communication to customersParticipate in training to develop skills and knowledge Previous Service Admin experience Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields,
