while identifying passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing/attraction tactics and resources Provide a pleasant experience for every candidate from the applicant stage to offer while evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations, and closing of the candidate leading Move the needle on recruitment activities ensuring candidates are moving through the process 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for accountants, controllers, bookkeepers, managers and other accounting roles. ~ Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects ~ Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools ~
