South Country Co-op is hiring a Temporary File Maintenance Clerk at our High River Agro location in High River, AB. Reporting to the Agribusiness Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of pricing, inventory, and financial records within the Agro Centre. The File Maintenance Clerk plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by managing price files, processing invoices and transfers, maintaining inventory and margin accuracy, and ensuring products are properly received into Tronia and the CRS mainframe. This position also serves as a key internal service resource, resolving invoicing and receiving concerns in collaboration with the Agribusiness Manager. Maintain accurate store price files, inventory records, and margin reconciliation. Receive products into Tronia and the CRS mainframe in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare reports and perform reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. Maintain organized financial and inventory records and documentation. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Follow company policies, procedures,



and safety standards at all times. Agriculture industry experience and crop protection knowledge, or previous file maintenance experience, is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel; data entry experience is an asset. Knowledge of Tronia and CRS Mainframe systems is preferred. Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and execution skills. This position requires availability fromMonday to Friday 8am-5pm with additional hours needed in spring and fall season.
