Be a vital part of our current Kia Vaughan dealership as a knowledgeable Parts Advisor. This role focuses on customer service excellence and efficient parts management. Dilawri Group is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its newly opening Kia Vaughan location in Ontario. This position requires strong automotive knowledge and customer-focused support as you assist with parts identification, sourcing, and sales. You'll contribute to a well-organized Parts Department and ensure smooth dealership operations from day one. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability details
- Process orders via phone, email, and retail counter
- Source parts using catalogues and dealership software
- Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory

Requirements:

- Previous Parts Department experience preferred
- Strong automotive parts knowledge and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with driving experience
- Familiarity with dealer management systems a plus
