- $37.26 Reporting to the Retail Pharmacy Manager, the Retail Pharmacy Technician is an active part of the Pharmacy team. The Retail Pharmacy Technician is a Regulated Pharmacy Technician that works to the full extent of their scope of practice with the Pharmacist in delivery of quality pharmacy services. Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:



Required ~ Graduate of a CCAPP Accredited Pharmacy Technician Education Program ~ Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists ~3-5 years relevant experience in a retail pharmacy setting ~ Excellent communication skills ~ Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member ~ Recent satisfactory performance and attendance records ~ Adherence to Brightshores ‘CARE’ Behaviours (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence) and ‘LEAD’ Competencies (Lead by example, Empower, Achieve results, Develop others) and a commitment to a secure workplace free of violence and harassment ~ Advocates and supports a culture of patient safety and demonstrates an understanding of how the department service and assigned responsibilities contribute to overall patient safety at Brightshores through patient safety knowledge, skills and attitudes
