We work closely with clients to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term wealth strategies. We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operations & Client Manager to handle the day-to-day management of client relationships and internal operations. Manage client onboarding (collect documents, organize information, set expectations)



Assist with preparing materials for client sessions Robust organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, messaging apps) Experience in consulting, finance, or client management Familiarity with business operations or administrative systems 50,000 – $90,000 CAD annually (based on experience) ~ Performance-based bonuses tied to client satisfaction and operational efficiency Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role Be part of building a premium advisory brand from the ground up
