We are looking for a compassionate Community Mental Health Worker 2 who excels in interpersonal communication and adopts a client-centered approach. You will provide psychosocial rehabilitation, advocacy, and support while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Solid organizational skills and adaptability in community settings are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide supportive counseling and guidance to clients
- Develop psychosocial rehabilitation plans and objectives

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education with relevant diploma
- Two years experience in mental health or substance use
