Enhance community safety as a Part Time Property Standards Inspector with the City of Guelph. Conduct inspections, issue notices, and support property standards enforcement in person. Reporting directly to City Hall, the ideal candidate will focus on quality customer service while ensuring compliance with local property standards. Key Responsibilities
• Perform inspections under the Yard Maintenance by-law
• Prepare and issue notices related to property inspections
• Assist inspectors in enforcement activities
• Conduct additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Graduate of a two-year Police Foundations program
• Two years of municipal by-law enforcement experience
• Certification in Property Standards is an asset
• Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations
