Wentworth Hospitality Group is seeking an Ambassador to warmly welcome guests and ensure their arrival and departure experiences are seamless. Reporting to the Director, Guest Operations, you will act as a front-of-house presence, delivering proactive service and local knowledge to create memorable stays.
This role requires 1–2 years in guest-facing hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with the team in a rapid-paced boutique hotel environment.
