• Setting up and operating CNC machining equipment
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Programming and adjusting machines to meet tight tolerances
• Inspecting and measuring finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshooting machining and equipment issues
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive operational excellence What we're looking for:
