• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
• Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Completing approved service on customer vehicles
• Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
• Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
• Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition,



and future repair requirements
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries What does it take to get on track?
• Must be a Red Seal in the Automotive Service Technician trade
• 10+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician is required
• Must have commercial vehicle inspector license to complete out of province inspections
• Ability to work Saturdays as required
• Proficiency in welding/fabricating is an asset
• Strong electrical diagnostic ability preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
• A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with up-to-date technology
• The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
