Tiltop Roofers Inc. is growing its field sales team. Meet homeowners at company-scheduled appointments, use drone technology to assess roofs, inspect attics when needed, and present practical home-improvement recommendations.
We provide appointments, training on our services and inspection process, and office support for customer follow-up. This is an active, in-person role for someone who enjoys meeting people, explaining solutions and earning commission on results.
COMPENSATION
- Full-time: $2,000 monthly base, plus inspection pay and sales commission.
- Part-time: $500 monthly base, plus inspection pay and sales commission.
- $25 per completed, documented inspection.
- $200 per resulting roof-replacement sale, including sales completed through office follow-up.
- Other services: commission equal to 20% of gross profit.
Total earnings vary with schedule, completed appointments and sales. Compensation terms will be confirmed in writing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Attend scheduled homeowner appointments throughout the GTA.
- Conduct drone roof inspections and visual attic inspections where required.
- Record photos, findings and accurate inspection reports.
- Explain recommended solutions, present pricing and ask for the business professionally.
- Complete a clear handoff to our office after each appointment so customers receive coordinated follow-up.
- Keep customer records current and follow inspection and safety procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong communication and face-to-face sales skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel between appointments.
- Comfort working independently, outdoors in changing weather, and in attic spaces when required.
- Confidence using mobile applications, CRM software and drone technology.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain the required Transport Canada drone certification; guidance is provided.
Previous sales experience is preferred. Roofing or home-service experience is an asset, but training is provided.
Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with availability agreed during the hiring process. This is an on-the-road position serving the Greater Toronto Area.
A suitable drone is required and is purchased by the employee; it can be arranged through the company. Equipment arrangements are reviewed before accepting an offer.
