We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Fabricator and Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, assembling, finishing, and installing custom cabinetry and millwork. You’ll work closely with our design and production teams to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate custom cabinetry, vanities, and built-ins according to shop drawings and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, jointers, planers, routers, and sanders
- Assemble and finish cabinetry with precision and attention to detail
- Perform on-site installations, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and finish quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and material lists
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or fabrication issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in custom cabinet fabrication and installation
- Robust knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely
- [Optional:] Experience with CNC machines or finishing techniques a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
