Baffinland is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Superintendent for the Mary River Mine Site in Nunavut, Canada. You will develop the CI strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive cost savings while ensuring safe, productive operations in a remote Arctic environment.
You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, data analysis, and process optimization, with emphasis on continuous improvement across the organization.
