In this role, you will be integral to our Administration team, assisting multiple businesses including Wild Flour Artisan Bakery, Little Wild Coffee & Gelato, and Juniper Hotel & Bistro. Your background in HR will help you thrive in a agile environment while managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You'll guide managers through HR policies and ensure an engaging employee experience throughout the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes including job postings and interviews
- Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth integration




- Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations
- Organize team events and communication initiatives
- Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum two years HR experience in a Generalist role
- Knowledge of employment law and health standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
