Join a high-impact team in Capital Markets where financial strategy meets innovation. As an Analyst or Associate in the Financial Resource Management team, you’ll play a key role in optimizing Capital Markets structures and processes under capital, liquidity, regulatory, and operational tax constraints. This role bridges the gap between trading desks, operations, and external resource requirements, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the board.
You’ll work closely with Global Finance and Global Equity business lines, as well as Wealth Management areas when needed. Collaboration with the Corporate Tax Advisory team and international offices will be central to your success.
Your Job
- Execute daily and weekly transactional controls across Capital Markets business lines.
- Compile and analyze transaction and dividend reports in collaboration with the Corporate Tax group.
- Represent the team in governance forums such as the Tax Capability Sync and the Client Onboarding and Management Capability Sync.
- Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives involving New Products, Operations and tax-operations-related processes.
- Review and assess operational risk events related to tax matters.
- Contribute to selected business and regulatory transformation initiatives.
