Posted Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 4:00 AM The role of the Junior Sales Advisor is to ensure that every visitor to our showrooms has an outstanding experience consistent with the VinFast brand and vision. Our Junior Sales Advisors engage with all guests, sharing their knowledge and providing demonstrations to generate brand and product excitement. Working in close collaboration with their assigned Senior Sales Advisor and fellow team members the Junior Sales Advisor is responsible for the sale of VinFast Canada electric vehicles guiding clients through all stages of becoming VinFast vehicle owners. This role will support the sales cycle from prospect to purchase and requires tracking all client and sales activities. Support a positive client Test Drive experience Responsible for meeting and exceeding KPI's as outlined by Showroom Sales Manager and Senior Sales Advisor for Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery of Vehicles. Adhere to all VinFast brand standards including store cleanliness and appearance, merchandising, dress code, etc.
