The Human Resources Coordinator supports both plant HR operations and the talent acquisition function by coordinating day-to-day HR workflows, managing employee and candidate communications, and ensuring the execution of the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with recruiters, HR Generalists, hiring managers, and plant supervisors to deliver a high-quality employee experience. The position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate HRIS and recruiting data, tracking timelines, and ensuring compliance throughout all HR processes. HR Operations Assist supervisors and employees with hourly timekeeping, attendance tracking, and initial payroll data audits.



Act as a reliable point of contact for frontline employees regarding general HR policies, advantages enrollment, and company resources. Recruitment Support recruiting workflows by tracking applicant progress and ensuring timely movement through the hiring pipeline. Ensure all recruiting, hiring, and personnel documentation strictly complies with provincial employment standards and company policies. Assist in maintaining confidential personnel files, training records, and compliance audit logs. Support plant employee engagement initiatives, recognition events, and special HR projects as needed.
