Salary:
$18.25/ hour +Uncapped Commission structure Sales Environment within a Retail Store. Job pays a combination ofBase Wage, Commission, Bonuses, and Various Other Performance Incentives. Exceed Store Sales Targets. Build customer relationships byproviding prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service. Determine customer needs andrecommend the best solution.



Ensure customer concerns are resolved withurgency and positive judgment. Maximize store profitability and manage allstore financials, including inventory control and cash flow. Implement corporate merchandising directivesand standards. Stay knowledgeable about our products,services, promotions and policies. Ability to build, develop strong rapportwith staff and customers Ability to work flexible hours, includingday, evening, and weekend shifts within retail hours of operations Sales or Wireless Experience an Asset, ButNot Necessary
