You will play a critical role in building financial models, financial statements analysis, and assisting the Director in evaluating M&A; opportunities. A successful candidate is expected to have a high degree of attention to detail, initiative to execute assignments, and remain open to new responsibilities within the Corporate Development Team. The role is unique as you will be engaged in deal origination, closing to integration planning, and subsequent operations of the target company. Financial modeling and financial statement analysis of target companies Collecting and consolidating company and industry data Identify potential target M&A; opportunities and assess the industry related thematic trends.



Assist in evaluating potential M&A; opportunities and structuring deal consideration Build and maintain internal databases Setup and attend meetings with potential targets and senior management, and take detailed notes Bachelors degree in business, economics, accounting or related field Having experience as an intern/co-op or full-time in Finance, M&A;, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development, Private Equity or Accounting is helpful but not mandatory Strong knowledge of financial modeling, business financials and accounting Excellent project management skills, communication abilities and strategic thinking Opportunity to work on cutting-edge drone technology and AI-driven innovations.
