Your day-to-day will look like:

- Manage the project and direct team members to ensure work is carried out in alignment with the planned schedule and cost budget targets, and be responsible for overall project health.
- Provide strong leadership to project team members, capitalizing on individual and group strengths to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Identify and manages opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible impact on schedule and financial targets.
- Lead and control all change management as per the Project Management Manual.
- Ensure the project team is implementing,



and participate in the corporate Health & Safety Program.
- Take the lead on (or delegate as necessary, while remaining accountable) the project quality control program and/or the quality management system.
- Preparation and execution of overall Execution/Work Plans and schedules.
- Manage the procurement process including subcontractor/trade/supplier negotiations and awards, and compile POs/Subcontract documents as per Hall’s Procurement Manual.
- Review and approve subcontractor/supplier progress applications,
