Regional Director – Fractional CFO Remote-Based | Must reside within the assigned territory and be available for regular travel throughout the region. The CFO Centre Canada is seeking an entrepreneurial CFO or senior finance leader to take on the role of Regional Director, developing and leading a defined territory in British Columbia. The territory covers parts of Greater Vancouver—including Surrey, Coquitlam and Langley—as well as the Fraser Valley, Okanagan, Kootenay, Thompson and Shuswap areas. Your primary role will be Regional Director, focused on developing client and referral relationships, driving regional growth, and recruiting and leading a team of experienced CFOs. While establishing your territory, you may also personally support clients as a fractional CFO. • Develop and grow your own defined CFO Centre territory within British Columbia
• Build your own client portfolio and strategic referral partnerships with banks, accountants, lawyers and advisors
• Personally support clients as a fractional CFO, where appropriate, while establishing your territory
• Drive business development and regional revenue growth
• Recruit, mentor and support your own team of experienced CFOs
• Build on The CFO Centre's established BC presence and collaborate with an experienced Regional Director
• Deliver an outstanding client experience that drives retention and referrals
• Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives

• Senior CFO or financial leadership experience 5+ years
• Experience with privately held,



owner-managed businesses, ideally with $2M–$100M in annual revenue
