Remote Client: Public Sector Security clearance required: Level Enhanced or higher Overview Our public sector client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Proposal & RFP Advisor to support a procurement project. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on procurement documentation, and develop a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) package. Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Provide advice and recommendations related to RFP development.
• Draft, review, and refine procurement documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear and concise procurement documents.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and procurement teams throughout the RFP development process.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project objectives. Mandatory Qualifications




• Security clearance requirement Enhanced reliability or higher
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, procurement support, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience writing RFPs for Government of Canada (GoC) IT projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.
• Experience developing Statements of Work, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Robust communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting federal government or broader public sector procurement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Government of Canada procurement processes and documentation standards.
• Experience with IT-related projects and procurements. This is an independent consultant position for contract work with a Kyndryl client and is not a direct staff position with Kyndryl #indkyn
