- Strong Culture:We pride ourselves on a collaborative andrespectful team environment Role Overview You will lead commercial HVAC installations, supervise crews, coordinate withproject managers and other trades, and ensure jobs are completed safely, ontime, and to spec.



This is a key leadership role within our commercial team,with a focus on quality control, crew mentorship, and hands‑on mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HVAC site operations on commercial constructionprojects
- Read and interpretmechanical drawings and specifications
- Supervise, mentor,and coordinate field crew
- Ensure safety,quality, and project deadlines are met
- Collaborate withproject managers, site supers, and other trades
- Completedocumentation and reporting as required
- Perform hands‑oninstallation when needed Qualifications
- Journeyperson inHVAC or Sheet Metal (Red Seal preferred)
- Minimum 3 years ofcommercial HVAC experience (foreman experience is an asset)
- Strong knowledge ofHVAC systems, installation methods, and mechanical code
- Ability to read andinterpret mechanical and construction drawings
- Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
