Our multidisciplinary clinic in Fleetwood, Surrey is seeking a licensed Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) to join our team! We are looking for a dedicated practitioner to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to each patient's needs in a safe, collaborative setting.

Located steps from the new Fleetwood SkyTrain extension in a bustling, high-density residential neighborhood, our clinic benefits from heavy foot traffic and strong patient flow. We provide full administrative support, Jane App, and a warm lead environment so you can focus strictly on patient care while rapidly growing your practice.

Compensation & Perks

- $500 Signing Bonus (paid out after your first 2 weeks with us!).
- Revenue Split: Competitive 60/40 to 70/30 split (with capped structure options available as your caseload grows).
- Estimated Hourly Earnings: $60.00 – $120.00+ / hour (fee-for-service / commission structure based on patient volume).
- High Demand from Day One: Under our new ownership, we are returning to a complete multi-disciplinary care model. We receive regular patient inquiries for Acupuncture, giving you immediate access to warm leads and steady cross-referrals from our busy RMT team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations, review relevant health histories,



and assess treatment needs.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, explaining procedures and expected outcomes clearly.
- Provide acupuncture treatments using appropriate techniques and infection-control practices.
- Monitor patient responses, adjust treatment plans when appropriate, and maintain accurate clinical records via Jane App.
- Support patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each visit.
- Coordinate care with other providers when indicated and within applicable privacy requirements for integrated patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and follow clinic policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

- Active registration in good standing as a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in BC with the CCHPBC (College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC).
- Valid professional liability insurance in BC.
- Demonstrated knowledge of acupuncture techniques, patient assessment, and safe clinical practice.
- Strong patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Clinical or integrative healthcare experience is valued; open to both new graduates and experienced practitioners.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, protect patient confidentiality, and work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
