Techso is looking for a PLM Business Analyst to support our clients in analyzing their processes and implementing innovative digital solutions across Canada and internationally.

You'll become a trusted business partner, able to understand stakeholder needs, translate them into clear objectives, and support the transformation of our clients' engineering processes. - Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to validate, adjust, and refine proposed solutions
- Work closely with the Business Process Architect to draft transformation documents and validate business cases once solutions are implemented
- Support clients through transformation phases, including change management and business process optimization
- Share your business analysis expertise to support and mentor other teams within the organization.



A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid experience in Product Lifecycle Management, including business process analysis and the implementation or support of PLM solutions such as Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Minitab
- Knowledge of a programming language, particularly Visual Basic
- Ease facilitating workshops and end-user training, and presenting to project stakeholders
- The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, orally and in writing, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally, including an English-speaking clientele
- Availability to travel within the Montreal area to meet clients as needed, and a willingness to relocate internationally for assignments abroad.
