Working closely with an experienced Site Superintendent, a respected Director of Construction, and a growing in-house construction team, you'll gain hands-on experience across major project phases, develop your leadership skills, and build a long-term career with a company that has a substantial pipeline of work ahead.

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside the Site Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day site activities, support trade partners, and help ensure construction progresses safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

- Assist with the day-to-day coordination and supervision of construction activities on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.




- Work closely with trade contractors to coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and keep work moving efficiently.
- Help maintain project schedules, identify potential delays, and work with the site team to resolve issues as they arise.
- Monitor workmanship and quality, ensuring construction meets project specifications and established standards.
- Support site safety programs, inspections, documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist with material deliveries, site logistics, deficiency tracking, and coordination between trades.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, consultants, trade partners, and site personnel to support successful project delivery.
- Take an active, hands-on approach to problem-solving while learning from experienced construction leaders and developing your skills for future advancement.
