Overview

We are seeking a dependable, service-minded Barback to support bartenders and keep bar operations running smoothly. The Barback helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area while contributing to a welcoming guest experience. This role works closely with the bar and restaurant team in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

- Restock beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other bar supplies throughout service.

- Assist bartenders with setup, service, and closing tasks.

- Keep bar stations, counters, floors, and storage areas clean and organized.

- Wash and polish glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.

- Help prepare garnishes and other items using safe food preparation and food handling practices.

- Support guest service by responding courteously to requests and communicating needs to the team.

- Assist with food running, meal preparation, or other service tasks as needed.

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.





- Help monitor inventory and notify the team when supplies need replenishing.

- Use POS systems and assist with basic cashiering or cash handling when assigned.

Qualifications

- Customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Interest in hospitality and providing attentive guest services.

- Food service, restaurant, serving, or kitchen experience is helpful.

- Familiarity with cleaning, cooking, food preparation, meal preparation, and food handling is an asset.

- Experience with POS systems, including Micros POS, cashiering, or cash handling is a plus.

- Hotel or barista experience is welcome.

- Ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and maintain a clean work area in a busy setting.

- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation practices and learn the establishment’s procedures.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
