Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. You will be the welcoming face of our café, delivering friendly customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean environment. While previous experience is preferred, a strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to high standards.
- Welcome customers warmly, take accurate orders, and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Maintain a clean workspace,
handling equipment upkeep, dishwashing, and front-of-house tidiness.
- Restock retail shelves, fridges, and condiment stations throughout your shift.
- Manage both busy rushes and quieter periods productively and independently.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Flexible availability for weekday and mandatory weekend shifts.
- Dependable, friendly, and self-directed work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
