Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Uphold a positive work environment by demonstrating effective time management skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required.
