What We're Looking For
JPR Industries is looking for a Welder to join our shop and field team. This role is for someone who takes pride in clean fit-up, strong welds, and building work that lasts. You'll be working on structural steel, custom fabrication, and agricultural/material-handling components that support feed mills and large ag operations across Southern Alberta.
- Fabricate and weld structural steel and custom assemblies in a shop workplace
- Read and work from drawings, cut lists, and measurements
- Fit, tack, weld, and finish parts to spec (MIG/FCAW/SMAW depending on the job)
- Work with the team to meet production targets without sacrificing quality
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow internal QC practices and contribute to continuous improvement
