Bridal Stylist

Location: LoveStory Bridal – St. Catharines, ON

Title: Stylist

Position: Part-Time (with opportunity to grow)

Schedule: Shifts on Saturdays and select Sundays, plus one shift on weekdays. Do you love organization, beautiful spaces, and creating memorable customer experiences?

As a Bridal Stylist, you'll play a vital role in creating the exceptional experience LoveStory Bridal is known for. From guiding brides through personalized styling appointments to helping them confidently say yes to their dream dress, you'll create meaningful connections, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the boutique's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead personalized bridal styling appointments from start to finish.
- Build genuine connections with brides and their guests.
- Understand each bride's vision, style preferences, budget, and wedding timeline.
- Recommend and style wedding gowns, veils, and accessories.
- Confidently guide brides through purchasing decisions.
- Work toward individual and boutique sales goals.
- Take measurements, process sales, and assist with customer orders.
- Maintain accurate appointment notes and customer records.
- Follow up with brides and schedule return appointments.
- Respond to customer inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Maintain a beautifully presented showroom and organized fitting rooms.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows, and marketing initiatives

Additional Duties

- Occasional light errands

Schedule RequirementsThis is a part-time position. Because bridal shopping happens primarily on weekends, weekend availability is required. Additional weekday shifts will be scheduled based on the needs of the business, including appointments, inventory deliveries, events, and other operational priorities. We're Looking For Someone Who

- Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Is comfortable using computers and learning recent software.
- Can stand for extended periods and lift or move bridal gowns up to 30 lbs.
- Has 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Previous bridal or fashion sales experience is an asset.
- High school diploma required.
