Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Budtender to provide a welcoming retail experience and help customers navigate the store’s product selection. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service and hospitality skills with accurate POS transactions, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Duties

- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide courteous, clear assistance in accordance with store policies and applicable regulations.

- Explain product information accurately and help customers compare available options without making unsupported claims.

- Process purchases and returns through the POS system; perform cashiering and cash handling accurately.

- Use upselling and retail sales techniques appropriately to help customers find relevant products.

- Maintain attractive displays, support merchandising, and keep shelves and customer areas clean and organized.

- Complete routine computer operation, recordkeeping, and filing, using tools such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

- Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving, organizing, and restocking products.

- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, manage tasks efficiently,



and contribute to a cooperative team environment.

- Support daily store operations and demonstrate leadership when appropriate.

Requirements

- Strong customer service, communication skills, and hospitality; a professional, respectful approach to every customer.

- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.

- Comfort with POS systems, computer skills, and routine data entry; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is an asset.

- Good organizational skills and time management, with the ability to balance customer service and operational tasks.

- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, cash handling, or merchandising is an asset.

- Ability to follow store procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work reliably as part of a team.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job-related lifting.

- Fluency in English is required; French, bilingual, or other multilingual abilities are an asset.

Pay: From $18.95 per hour
