Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, you will drive growth across Government, Defense, Healthcare, Engineering, Owners, and Contractors. Your work connects general contractors, architects, owners, and developers with Victaulic product solutions. You will collaborate across Fire Protection, Infrastructure, and Data Centre.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate business opportunities across Ottawa construction markets

Build relationships with government, defense, healthcare, and engineering stakeholders

Discuss specifications and technical solutions with contractors and architects





Coordinate stakeholders throughout project lifecycles and process workflows

Present business cases demonstrating product value and return on investment

Requirements: Extensive Ottawa construction industry experience across stated market sectors

Proven sales record managing relationships and complex sales cycles

Robust technical aptitude for specifications and problem-solving

Excellent communication, presentation, and process management skills
