Tuber runs 24/7. Call takers are the first voice a customer hears, usually on the worst day of their week. We're hiring one for our afternoon/evening shift.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING
- Answering incoming calls and gathering the details our dispatchers need
- Entering calls accurately the first time, so nothing has to be chased down later
- Keeping a calm, clear tone with people who are stressed, stranded, or frustrated
- Working closely with the dispatch team through shift changes
SCHEDULE Full-time, afternoons and evenings. Weekend availability is an asset.WAGE
$17.50/hr to start, moving to $19.00/hr at 90 days once you've passed probation and completed our dispatch training modules.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A explicit phone voice and the ability to type while you talk
- Someone who stays level when a caller doesn't
- Reliable. This shift runs into the evening and the team is counting on you to be there.
- No towing experience needed. Call centre, hospitality, or retail service experience all transfer well.
