Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant to join our dynamic oral surgery practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional dental care.

Duties

- Assist the surgeon during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide patient education and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the dental receptionists to ensure smooth operations within the practice.

Experience





- At least 1 year of previous experience in dental assisting is a must,
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are necessary for success in this role.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in dental care is highly valued.
- A sense of humor is a must!

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31.00-$36.00 per hour
