Duties
- Assist dentists during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms meticulously for patient examinations.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments with precision.
- Capture and develop high-quality dental x-rays.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices.
- Efficiently manage patient appointments and uphold meticulous record-keeping.
- Fulfill receptionist duties as necessitated by operational needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dental assistant, demonstrating proficiency in clinical support and administrative tasks.
- Thorough knowledge of dental terminology and procedural protocols.
- Familiarity with Dentrix or equivalent dental software; proficiency in Curve Hero software is advantageous.
- Capability to effectively engage with pediatric patients is considered advantageous.
