Our multidisciplinary clinic in Fleetwood, Surrey is seeking a licensed Chiropractor (DC) to join our team! Located steps from the new Fleetwood SkyTrain extension in a bustling high-density area surrounded by residential complexes, our clinic benefits from heavy foot traffic and steady patient demand.
We provide full admin support, Jane App, and a collaborative environment so you can focus on patient care while rapidly growing your practice.
Compensation & Perks

- Revenue Split: Competitive 60/40 to 70/30 split (with capped structure options available as your caseload grows).
- Estimated Hourly Earnings: $80.00 – $180.00+ / hour (fee-for-service / commission structure based on patient volume).
- High Demand from Day One: While our previous owner focused strictly on RMTs, our new focus is complete, integrated care. We get daily inquiries for Chiropractic treatments, making it easy to build a full schedule quickly alongside our busy RMT team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal assessments.
- Formulate and deliver personalized, evidence-based chiropractic treatment plans.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient charts via Jane App.
- Educate patients on home care exercises, posture, and wellness advice.
- Collaborate with our RMT team for integrated, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active registration in good standing with the CCHPBC (College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC).
- Valid professional liability insurance in BC.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to care.
- Open to both new graduates and experienced practitioners.
