Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, one 9-hour shift anywhere between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our own rapid-growing call center team. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the businesses we support — answering their calls with warmth, energy, and polish, so every caller feels valued and heard.

If you're outgoing, positive, and love making people's day better over the phone, this role was made for you. Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and adapting your approach to each business. Collaborating with the team to continuously improve service quality — and keeping the energy up while you do it. 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as customer service, call center,
