and verify source data in compliance with GCP guidelines and study protocols Enter and maintain accurate data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory binders (IRB submissions, essential documents) Coordinate and schedule subject visits, phlebotomy, lab work, and investigational product dispensing Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and IRBs regarding protocol queries and ongoing monitoring Assist in preparation for sponsor monitoring visits and regulatory audits Maintain investigational product accountability logs under PI supervision Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field ~0–2 years of experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting (internships welcome) ~ Phlebotomy certification and with experience and proficiency ~
