This experienced Property Manager oversees office and industrial properties for JLL clients. The work combines portfolio management, budgets, lease administration, building operations, capital projects, and service contracts. You will translate investment goals into strategic property plans and guide approved initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and maintenance across assigned commercial properties

Prepare budgets, variance reports, and CAM reconciliations

Oversee lease administration, renewals, amendments, and exceptions





Coordinate capital improvements and tenant improvement projects

Build tenant relationships and resolve property issues promptly

Requirements: Seven or more years managing commercial property portfolios

Robust financial acumen and financial reporting experience

Knowledge of building operations and maintenance practices

Proficiency with YARDI and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
