Our London ON operations have immediate openings for experienced Composite Technicians.. The ideal candidates for these positions will be dependable, punctual, and notably organized individuals who have experience working in Composites.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Measures and cuts fiberglass fabric as required by part being assembled.
- · Measures resin adding catalysts for mixture.
- · Saturates the fabric with the mixture and presses layers of saturated fabric into place on the supplied moulds for shaping.




- · Cures material and removes fiberglass part from moulds once set.
- · Inspects completed fiberglass parts for conformance to specifications and for defects.
- · Cleans and treats all moulds with release agent.
- · Measures and mixes gel coat adding catalysts to obtain correct consistency for spraying moulds; follows formulas supplied.
- · Manually assembles finished product using hand and electric tools.
- · Prepares and packages fiberglass parts for shipping.
- · Maintains cleanliness of tools and surrounding work area.
- · Performs other related duties as required by the Production Supervisor/Manager.
