We’re looking for a positive, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our growing distribution team. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our daily operations, helping customers find solutions, coordinating orders, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves a great impression.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams across sales, purchasing, warehouse, and delivery to keep orders on track and business running smoothly. No two days are exactly alike, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

- Be a trusted, go-to contact for customers, providing friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable support by phone and email.
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and finding practical solutions.
- Take ownership of customer requests and follow through to ensure questions are answered and issues are resolved.
- Keep customers informed about order status, product availability, delivery schedules, and any changes along the way.
- Turn challenges into positive experiences by handling concerns and resolving problems with professionalism and care.

Keep Orders Moving

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently,



ensuring the details are right from start to finish.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams to keep orders on schedule.
- Stay on top of backorders, inventory questions, and delivery updates before they become bigger issues.
- Help manage returns, exchanges, credits, and other customer requests.
- Keep customer records and order information organized and up to date.

Build Relationships and Support Sales

- Help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs.
- Prepare quotations, answer pricing questions, and follow up on requests.
- Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products or alternatives that add value for the customer.
- Support repeat business by delivering consistent, reliable service that keeps customers coming back.
- Work alongside the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to business growth.
