Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Bearing & Power Transmission

Location: Grande Prairie Alberta

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent The Role

We're looking for a driven, reliable, customer-focused CSR with a passion for helping people and an interest in bearing and power transmission products. You're a proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

- Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person
- Handle inquiries, order placement, product availability and technical support
- Recommend products and spot upselling opportunities
- Accurately enter and manage orders, quotes and customer information
- Work closely with outside sales, purchasing and warehouse teams
- Stay current on our product lines and industry trends
- Contribute to process improvements and team success

What We’re Looking For





- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in customer service, industrial sales or power transmission is a strong plus
- Close attention to detail in data entry and order processing
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- A positive team player with a problem-solving attitude

Preferred Attributes

- Customer service experience in mechanical, hydraulics, or bearings and power transmission
- Comfortable in both service and sales, independently or as part of a team
- Eager to learn new technologies and help build better systems
