Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers, welcome guests, and provide courteous and professional customer service.

- Take customer orders in person, over the phone, and through online ordering platforms.

- Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit card payments.

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions, and available food options.

- Serve food and beverages to customers and assist with dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders.

- Package takeout and delivery orders accurately and ensure orders are complete before handoff.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor or manager.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of customer seating areas, counters, service stations, and other assigned areas.

- Restock supplies, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other service items as required.

- Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and restaurant operating procedures.





- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing service areas.

- Support promotional activities and inform customers about menu specials and restaurant offers.

- Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced restaurant environment.

- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine restaurant service duties.

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
